Set in a beautiful Gozitan countryside setting, Razzett Gaia is a seven-bedroom converted farmhouse and is the perfect accommodation for large groups, with plenty of internal and external spaces.

The old millroom with its arched ceiling is now a spacious living room with TV and wood-burning stove. The ground floor has a total of three bedrooms, a dining room and a beautiful kitchen leading out to the pool deck and garden.

Outdoors provides plenty of space with a sizable deck, barbecue and dining area and back garden with gazebo with sofas overlooking views of the surrounding countryside and sea.

All seven bedrooms are air-conditioned with the master bedroom having access to a large terrace where the view gets even better. If the pool deck and garden is not enough there is a huge first-floor terrace, perfect for sunbathing.

A large group of family and friends can have a wonderful stay at Razzett Gaia. Amenities and beaches are close by and most areas in Gozo can be reached within a ten-minute drive. At deReday Holiday Homes, we are proud to offer you this outstanding farmhouse.

One of Gozo’s smallest villages, set on the west point of the islands, in San Lawrenz you will experience tranquility. Go for a walk along the Dwejra cliffs or a boat ride out from the Inland Sea out to the open sea. 

Booking Terms & Conditions

  1. To confirm your booking we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 35%.
  2. The maximum number of guests is limited to the number of persons on your booking form/rental agreement.
  3. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. We try to be as flexible as possible with these times. 
  4. Utilities such as water, electricity and gas are included. Air-conditioning may carry pay-per-use charges. Please see details in Property Features above.
  5. An Eco Tax of €0.50 per adult per night up to a maximum of €5 per adult is due.
  6. After making a booking, the guest will receive an email with a link to the Guest Area. This is a private log-in area, where the guest can view booking details, make balance payments and see pre-arrival information.
