Located right on the outskirts of Gozo’s capital, Victoria, Xlendi Terrace Penthouse is a stunning, modern accommodation. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.Â
The large 40-square meter terrace overlooks a wonderful valley and is equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture, barbecue and a heated jacuzzi/hot tub. The view of the valley below gets better as the day progresses and you will get to enjoy some wonderful sunsets. If you are visiting during one of the local feasts you will enjoy beautiful fireworks displays.Â
The penthouse is air-conditioned throughout (coin meter system) and fast WiFi is provided. It provides an excellent, central base to explore the island and if you decide not to rent a car, you will find public transport right at your doorstep. Â

- To confirm your booking we ask for a non-refundable* deposit of 35%.
- The maximum number of guests is limited to the number of persons on your booking form/rental agreement.
- Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. We try to be as flexible as possible with these times. Please contact us if you wish to have an early check-in and late check-out.
- Utilities such as water, electricity and gas are included. Air-conditioning may carry pay-per-use charges. Please see details in Property Features above.
- After making a booking, the guest will receive an email with a link to the Guest Area. This is a private log-in area, where the guest can view booking details, make balance payments and see pre-arrival information.
